Hey, all.
Just saw a fantastic review of Spring of the Stag God! Mr. Jerry Wheeler had some really great things to say about our favorite Stag God, and the story in general.
Thanks, Mr. Wheeler!

Spring of the Stag God: Print and PDF!
Hey, all. Just wanted to touch base and thank all of you who purchased a print edition of Spring of the Stag God.
And for those of you who might be delaying, there's no time like the present. In fact, no only do we have a print edition, but you can get Spring of the Stag God in PDF now, too!
I've already begun planning another couple of storylines for the next book, too, which I've been assured will see print, depending on how well Spring does. So hop to it!
Thanks you guys.

Hey, you guys.
I've been saying that we've got something big coming up, soon, and so we do - the time has come to spill the beans, as it were.
I'm incredibly thrilled to announce a print edition of the first three stories of the Stag God Chronicles, presented as "Spring of the Stag God," including some amazing interior illustrations by the amazing Kupopo.

Thanks for all your support, folks - if this book does well, Lethe Press has optioned me for first dibs on a new book set in Khernia, continuing the Stag God's story.
This is only just Spring, folks - there's a lot left to tell!
Regards,

Come And Get It (More Art by Kupopo)
Here is another piece by the amazing Kupopo, depicting what I like to think of as the truest aspect of Ashlan - reclined, masterful, superior, knowing that you really, really can't resist. Come get some.

The Stag God, by Kupopo
I have had the wonderful honor of making the acquaintance of an artist who does the most amazing erotic fantasy art. His interests are wide and varied, though his talent is always sharp, crisp and completely hot.
This fellow, who goes by the online handle of Kupopo, has done a couple of pieces that we're likely going to use in the upcoming eBook and Print-on-Demand copies of the Stag God Chronicles (more on that later). But he also did some pieces to capture the spirit of everyone's favorite Stag-God, and this is one of them.

Fan Art: Imbru (from "Stag God is Born")

The incomparable Raul Guerra did this amazing piece of artwork, depicting the orc Imbru from the "Stag God is Born" series.
He gave this to me as a gift, and gave his blessing for me to share this with you folks, for which I am incredibly appreciative.
I have to say, it is tremendously flattering to have an artist of Raul's caliber take something I created and apply his own talent to the story, with such amazing results.
Truthfully, looking at this picture, I can see why old Uncle Artemi kept Imbru around for as long as he did. :)

Print Edition of the Stag God Chronicles!
Hey, all.
So, I've decided that Ashlan deserves some space on my bookshelves. Though I originally thought about trying to find a publisher, I think the format is a little strange for most standard publishing venues - too short and choppy for novels, and too long for short story compilations.
Fortunately, we live in a time when those aren't our only options. :)
I'm in the process of putting together a Trade Paperback sized edition of the Stag God Chronicles. I'm also in contact with couple of artists, discussing how to get a cover and a couple of interior plates illustrating key scenes from each of the stories for the final book.
I'll keep you guys in the loop - you've been the best, sticking with me over the last four years and watching Ashlan and the world of Khernia grow in all of our minds (and sometimes, our pants ^_^ ). I'll let you folks know more as I have more info, including maybe posting one or two of the images here as I get them.
I'm also putting the proceeds from these sales toward a very good end; since this sort of endeavor will let me take time off from work occasionally without it impacting my finances, I'm going to occasionally take "Stag God Weekends," and spend time working on new tales for the Stag God Chronicles.
Right now, I'm working on a story called "The Archon," which is part of a new Stag God Chronicles trilogy called Light in the Forest:
"The Archon:" The assault and corruption of one of the Church's Patriarchs isn't something that its masters can take without answer. So, the hunt begins - the powers of the Lord of Light are out for blood...the blood of the Stag God, and they don't care who gets caught in the middle.
There's lots more on the horizon, including plans for a trilogy after Light in the Forest entitled The Smoke of War. :D Thanks for sticking with me, guys.
